class=\"translation-block\">Resulting from the research of Professor Christian Auclair, University Professor (PRCE), Doctor of Pharmacy, PhD in Science, and CNRS researcher, our first formulation was created in 2011.\nIt was designed to address a major medical need: relieving skin inflammations caused by radiotherapy in patients with breast cancer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4bf731c e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"4bf731c\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-98ae3c8 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"98ae3c8\" data-start=\"99\" data-end=\"275\">Between 2012 and 2014, several clinical trials were conducted in Europe to evaluate the therapeutic potential of DQ5\u00ae and to confirm the relevance of its development.<\/strong><br data-start=\"275\" data-end=\"278\">\nThese studies were carried out in cancer patients treated with radiotherapy or targeted therapies, under the supervision of Professor E. Deutch, Head of the Radiotherapy Department at the Gustave Roussy Institute \u2014 one of the largest cancer centers in Europe \u2014 and Professor E. Raymond, Head of the Interhospital Oncology Department at Beaujon Hospital.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-de7fb1a e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"de7fb1a\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b97a9da class=\"translation-block\"><strong>BioSelvans was founded in 2020 in Strasbourg, within the Quest for Health incubator (formerly SEMIA), with the support of the Grand Est Region and Bpifrance.<\/strong><br>\nThe ambition was clear: <strong>to bring back to France a project initially developed in Switzerland<\/strong>, in order to anchor it sustainably within the local health innovation ecosystem.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b604a0 e-con-full e-flex under the leadership of Professor Walter Gubelin, dermatologist and opinion leader in Latin America, a clinical trial was conducted with 30 patients with breast cancer or head and neck cancer who had developed radiodermatitis.<\/strong><br data-start=\"323\" data-end=\"326\">Registered and approved by an ethics committee, this study demonstrated a <strong data-start=\"401\" data-end=\"500\">significant improvement in various skin parameters as well as a notable gain in quality of life<\/strong> for the patients.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aecfad9 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"aecfad9\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fd7a7a2 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"fd7a7a2\" data-end=\"297\"><strong>The remarkable results of the clinical trial led Professor Gubelin to initiate the registration of the solution under cosmetic status,<\/strong> in order to accelerate its availability to patients.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"301\" data-end=\"577\" class=\"translation-block\">In <strong>December 2023<\/strong>, the formulation was officially registered in <strong>Chile<\/strong> as a cosmetic product. Shortly thereafter, around twenty exploratory tests were conducted on various inflammatory skin conditions, with very promising results.<\/p><p data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"763\" class=\"translation-block\">In <strong>November 2024<\/strong>, the formulation obtained its <strong>cosmetic registration in Europe<\/strong>, marking a decisive milestone and paving the way for its large-scale commercialization.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-05439d8 radiotherapy treatment for breast cancer.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"441\" data-end=\"685\" class=\"translation-block\">Thanks to a <strong>simple, effective, and skin-friendly<\/strong> formula, this solution helps <strong>relieve symptoms<\/strong> and <strong>significantly improve comfort and quality of life<\/strong> for patients throughout this challenging
